VP, Digital at Stryker

As enterprise Vice President of Digital, Tracy is responsible for creating Stryker’s company-wide strategy and vision, and establishing the digital priorities and roadmap for the organization. She works to ensure that essential functions of the digital portfolio are planned, managed and governed in a consistent, transparent, and disciplined manner. Tracy also oversees Stryker’s commercial data management, implementation process and data science initiatives. 

Tracy brings more than 20 years of experience spearheading organizational change in highly complex matrixed organizations. She has succeeded in architecting and operationalizing strategies, frameworks and processes around customer experience, digital integration and deployment, data analytics, design-thinking methodologies and more.

Prior to Stryker, Tracy served in global leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark and General Electric, where she was responsible for designing and building digital organization and organizational readiness plans to support customer-centric digital transformation strategies.

Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Brockport and an MBA from Syracuse University.
