Stephanie Wimmer is currently the Vice President of Health Economics, Policy and Reimbursement for Medtronic’s Medical Surgical Portfolio. She has been with Medtronic for 19 years where her most intensive focus is in the area is where business and healthcare interests intersect— health economics, reimbursement, and market access. Prior to Medtronic, Wimmer worked as a management consultant advising healthcare and life sciences organizations. Stephanie has held affiliate faculty positions and is a guest lecturer, published several articles on the topic of medical device reimbursement, serves as an elected official in her community, and sits on multiple community boards. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Hamilton College; a Master of Business Administration from The Tuck School at Dartmouth College; and a Master of Public Health from the Mailman School at Columbia University. Stephanie is a leader in the Medtronic Women’s Network, and the Global and US HEPR Councils.
